Flagship course
Usage Signal Mapping
A six-week Cross-Platform Usage Analytics program that turns scattered SDK events into a trail leadership can interrogate without spreadsheet archaeology.
Learning outcomes
- Draft an event taxonomy that stays stable when users switch from mobile web to native app mid-session.
- Design identity bridges that respect privacy constraints common in Thailand’s regulated verticals.
- Detect double-counting across partner embeds and first-party surfaces.
- Present a usage narrative that product, growth, and support can share without redefining terms live.
Modules
- Surface Inventory — Catalog every touchpoint that emits behavior, including the ones marketing forgot to mention.
- Taxonomy Negotiation — Write bilingual event names and settle verb tense before instrumentation starts.
- Identity Bridges — Connect anonymous and known states without pretending every channel shares a perfect key.
- Noise Cull — Retire vanity counters and keep signals that explain week-four retention.
- Partner Embed Audits — Isolate third-party widgets so their traffic cannot rewrite your funnel story.
- Steering Pack — Package findings for executives who need one slide, not forty charts.

Learner reviews
Module three made our identity gaps visible. We still cannot bridge guest checkout on the partner widget as cleanly as first-party web, and the course is honest about that limit.

Short and sharp: the Noise Cull worksheet alone paid for my seat in internal credibility.

FAQ
Do I need a warehouse already?
Helpful, but not required. We work from tracking plans and sample exports. Teams without a warehouse leave with a procurement brief instead of fake SQL confidence.
Is this only for consumer apps?
No. B2B SaaS cohorts join regularly, especially when their customers use both a console and a mobile companion.
What is a real limitation of this course?
We do not teach you how to reverse-engineer competitor SDKs or bypass consent. If your organization expects “full coverage” without a privacy review, this program will frustrate that expectation on purpose.
Language of instruction?
English materials with Thai-language office hours available for Bangkok cohorts.
Ready for the next intake?
Tell us about your surfaces and we will recommend a seat or a private lab.
